Meet & Ideas - we meet to discuss the project and understand your ideas, aspirations and expectations. We ensure that we have a clear understanding of the process and how we will work with you to turn your plans and ideas into reality.
Concept & Agree - we guide you through the decision making process to enable us to procure and order each element of the project. You still get to make all the fun, creative decisions involved in building your dream home or extension.
Design & Plan - we can obtain planning (if required) and undertake the rigorous process of detailed design and structural engineering calculations for the project.
Build & Install - during the build phase we will have regular progress meetings with you to agree the valuations and take instructions on any variations you may require.
